Mango Sorbet

Delicious mango sorbet can be prepared without even spending money on fruits. They are perfectly replaced by mango nectar with pulp. Add some lime juice to balance fruit sweetness, and a spoonful of vodka so that the sorbet acquires a pleasant delicate texture. The juice first frozen in an ice cream maker, and then completely freezes in freezer. The taste is amazing, rich. Serve mango sorbet as ice cream or as part of other more сложных десертов.   • 4 tbsp. mango nectar
  • 1/4 Art. Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. lime juice with sugar
  • 1 tbsp. l vodka

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large measuring glass, mix the mango nectar, sugar, sweetened lime juice and vodka. Stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  2. Pour the mango mixture into the ice cream maker and freeze in according to the manufacturer’s instructions to a slushy consistency snow mass. Then put in the freezer for 2-3 hours, until the sorbet freezes. Exit: about 1 liter.
