Lemon sorbet meringues

A refreshing lemon sorbet can be served as a sandwich cake. It looks unusual and the dessert is filled with additional flavors. A ball of lemon sorbet is clamped on both sides by meringues and covered with raspberry macerated in limoncello liquor. In such “sandwich” invigorating citrus flavor harmoniously balanced sweet meringue, and fragrant raspberries – it’s like a cherry on a cake! The combination of tastes and textures will not leave anyone indifferent.   • 2 tbsp. raspberries
  • 2 tbsp. l limoncello liqueur, or a little more
  • 2 tbsp. lemon ice cream

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix raspberries and lemon limoncello. berries to macerate.
