  1. Peel and chop the tomatoes.
  2. Zucchini cut into circles. Peel and chop the onion finely.
  3. We wash the lamb and cut it into pieces.
  4. Fry the lamb until golden brown, add the onion, garlic and fry. Then sprinkle with rosemary and simmer for 5 minutes. You can cook in a slow cooker, but in a cauldron it will be tastier.
  5. Add wine, tomatoes, water so that the meat is covered liquid. Stew for 30 minutes. Then add zucchini and simmer 10 more minutes.
  6. While our dish is stewed, wash my persimmons and cut them randomly. Add persimmon to the dish. The meat acquires a rich taste and aroma.
  7. Serve with rice or vegetables. Enjoy your meal.
