  1. Dice the lard. Lagman with pork
  2. Pour vegetable oil into a cauldron, heat it.

  11. Add salt, spices, mix.
  12. Pour water on the level of vegetables.
  13. Simmer for 50-60 minutes.
  14. Boil the noodles for the lagman according to the instructions. Although if there is time, then you can cook it yourself. The process is not tricky.
  15. Put the noodles in deep plates and pour it with meat and vegetable the sauce. Enjoy your meal.
