Kale Citrus Salad

Complexity: easy Servings: 6 The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 bunch of kale (kale), leaves without stems
  • 1/4 Art. orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed or grated
  • 1 tbsp. l with a slice of sour cream or yogurt
  • 3 tangerines or 1 orange, peeled and chopped in large in pieces
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, peeled and thin chopped
  • 110 gr. goat cheese

Recipe preparation:

  1. Collect kale leaves in bunches and chop them finely with a sharp knife. Continue until you chop a large a slide of cabbage.
  2. To make a dressing, mix in a small jar orange juice, olive oil, sugar, garlic, a little salt and pepper. Shake vigorously so that the components come together, then add sour cream or yogurt and shake again, achieving smooth creamy consistency.
  3. Stir the kale and a half dressing over about 1 min. then add slices of citrus and chopped jalapenos. Mix well again. Add more refueling as needed. The remaining fuel can be stored in refrigerator and use for any salad.
  4. Mash the goat cheese with a fork into large pieces a minute before serving. and mix them in the salad. Serve! Tip: Since curly cabbage is long remains crispy, salad can be mixed in 15 minutes. before serving.
