Julien with the Chicken

Since I once tried this dish in a cafe (very many years ago), I really wanted to learn how to cook it delicious dish. Then I was not yet a cook, and I it seemed that cooking would be difficult. It turned out everything is easy and it’s simple and not even necessary to have Kokotnians.

Real Mushroom Chicken Julienne

We will need:

  • 0.5 chicken breast or meat of 2-3 legs
  • 0.9 any mushrooms (I take mushrooms)
  • 1 pc onion
  • 2 tsp flour
  • 0.3-0.4 hard cheese
  • 50g drain of oil and as much vegetable
  • 1 cup sour cream (you can take cream)

Boil the chicken until cooked and cut into strips. Cook mushrooms separately, cut into strips as well. Chop the onion finely.

In a heated skillet with melted butter and vegetable fry the onion until golden brown, add chopped chicken. Add sour cream (cream) and boil until thicken over low heat, salt, pepper. Add 2-3 table tablespoons of chicken stock and bring to a boil over low heat. Add the flour and mix thoroughly.

In the coconut bowl or pot, put the chicken with onions, mushrooms, pour the sauce remaining in the pan and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.

You can serve both a cold dish and a hot one.

PS: by the way, Julien is not very bad at tartlets.
