Japanese Pancakes

These tall Japanese pancakes have a delicate texture inside and outside they are golden and crispy. The structure of the dish resembles Japanese-style pies with lightness and airiness. Recipe preparation:

  1. Combine whisk flour, icing sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl. Beat milk with melted butter, vanilla extract and yolk in a medium bowl until homogeneity.
  2. In a separate large bowl, beat with an electric mixer on high-speed proteins with tartar until stable peaks, approximately 2 min. Mix the mixture with milk in a mass with flour only until they merge. Do the same with the third whipped proteins. Then gently add the remaining ones. Ingredients should only unite, it’s not worth mixing them for a long time.
  3. Lightly sprinkle the inner walls of the four ring shapes cooking spray. Preheat a large frying pan with non-stick coated over medium heat. Sprinkle with a cooking spray. Put prepared ring shapes into the pan and pour into each of 1/2 of them. test (it should fill out forms approximately half). Cover.   4. Pry the bottom of the pancakes with a spatula. Grasp the edges of the forms forceps, and then gently flip. Cover and cook until browning on the other hand, about 5 minutes more.
