- 1 tbsp. skewered and diced chicken
- 3 tbsp. pasta horn
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil plus 2 tbsp. l
- 1 tbsp. chopped cucumber (1/3 of the cucumber)
- 1 tbsp. chopped cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 tbsp. pitted olives
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped baked red bell pepper (1 pepper)
- 1/2 tbsp. diced, 0.6 cm., solid salami (about 110 gr.)
- 1/4 Art. diced red onion (1/2 small bulbs)
- 1/4 Art. chopped parsley
- 110 gr. grated ricotta salted cheese or crushed cheese Feta
- 1/3 Art. red wine vinegar

Recipe preparation:
- Bring a large pot of salt water to a boil. Add pasta and cook, according to the instructions on the packaging, until states of slightly undercooked. Tilt in a colander, rinse cold water and shake several times to make the glass whole water.
- Transfer the pasta into a large bowl, season them with 2 tbsp. l olive oil and mix well to cover all pasta oil. Add chicken, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, baked peppers, salami, onion and parsley. Season with salt and mix.
- In a small bowl, whisk the vinegar and the remaining 1/2 tbsp. olive oil; season with salad and mix well. Try and add spices, if necessary. To make the salad even tastier – before serving, let it brew when room temperature for about 30 minutes.
