  • 2.5 tbsp. whole milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tbsp. fat cream
  • 0.5 tbsp. whole coffee beans
  • Chocolate chips for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar and salt until smooth. In a small saucepan, heat the milk on medium heat. When small bubbles appear around the edges, slowly pour half the warm milk into the yolk mixture, constantly stirring with a whisk. Pour into the pan to the remaining hot milk mix the resulting mixture with a whisk. Cook over medium heat constantly stirring with a rubber spatula, touching the bottom, approximately within 5 minutes or until the mixture thickens a little and becomes stick to the shoulder blade.   3. Prepare the ice cream maker according to the instructions manufacturer. Remove from the previously obtained base for ice cream grains of coffee, filtering it. Pour the base into the prepared ice cream maker and freeze until the base acquires a soft texture ice cream, about 10 minutes Move the ice cream from the ice cream maker to sealed container.
