Hot Sangria with Cinnamon

Difficulty: easy Servings: 12 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 bottles (750 ml.) red wine
  • 2 bottles (750 ml.) white wine
  • 1 tbsp. brandy
  • 1 sliced orange
  • 2 tbsp. frozen pitted cherries
  • 2 tbsp. frozen peaches
  • 2 cinnamon rolls
  • 1 tbsp. simple syrup (1/2 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tbsp water)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix in a slow cooker red and white wine, brandy, orange, cherries and peaches, cinnamon sticks and syrup. Close the lid and cook at high temperature for 1 h, then switch slow cooker on heating mode and keep sangria warm until served on the table. Pour into glasses.
