Here’s what I tell you: you just mix the following ingredients, store them in a container and every time you need anything for a good start to the day, you just type a little dry mix, mix it with egg, milk and melted butter (as stated in the recipe) – and you’re done. Stack of pancakes no problem.

- 4 tbsp. premium wheat flour
- 3 tbsp. l baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp. l plus 2 tsp Sahara
Pancake dough:
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. l melted butter
Blueberry Syrup:
- 1/2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1.5 tbsp. blueberries

Recipe preparation:
- For pancake mix: Mix all ingredients and store in for pancakes: For every 1 cup of pancake mix add 1 egg, 1 cup milk and a tablespoon of melted butter. Do not mix for too long.
- On a moderate to high heat, heat a flat pan. Spread 1.5-2 tbsp. l test for a hot pan and when on bubbles appear on the surface of a small pancake, turn it over, to make it brown on both sides. This should take approximately minute on each side. Blueberry Syrup: Put the syrup and blueberries in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then pour into a jug and serve with pancakes for breakfast.
