Hikama cabbage salad

Tasty and juicy vitamin salad prepared from raw vegetables and filled with bright summer colors. All vegetables are hikama, carrots, Chinese cabbage, red onion, red bell pepper and cucumbers – cut into approximately equal size strips, mixed with tart dressing of lime juice, vinegar, olive oil and spices and insists that all the juices are mixed. Crispy hikama sweetish taste and aroma fills the salad with interesting refreshing notes. Serve it with meat dishes or use as a component of delicious burgers. Share with friends: Photo Cabbage salad with hikama Time: 45 minutes Difficulty: Easy Servings: 6 – 8 The recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 glass (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 3 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp chili spice mix
  • 6 tbsp. l rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sahara
  • 6 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Half a middle hikama, peeled and stripped (about 3 tbsp.)
  • 4 medium carrots, peeled and cut into strips (approximately 2 Art.)
  • Half a small head of Beijing cabbage, chopped (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped (approximately 1 Art.)
  • 1 cucumber, cut into strips (about 2 tbsp.)
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips (approximately 1 Art.)
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a small bowl, mix lime juice, red pepper flakes, a mixture of chili spices, vinegar, sugar and olive oil. Add 1 hour each. l salt and black pepper and beat well.
  2. Mix hikama, carrots, cabbage, red onions in a large bowl, cucumber, sweet pepper and cilantro. Stir evenly Ingredients.
  3. Mix dressing with vegetables. Let it brew for 15 minutes having mixed during this time 2-3 times.
