  1. Prepare the ingredients: rinse the chicken hearts, peel and chop the onion, finely grate the carrots, peel and chop the garlic, rinse and chop the parsley.
  2. Heat the skillet over high heat and melt the creamy butter.
  3. Add chopped garlic and chopped parsley to the pan. So the aroma of garlic and parsley will open better, and the oil will convey these tastes to other ingredients.
  4. Add paprika to the pan, lightly fry.
  5. Add finely grated carrots and chopped onions to the pan. Sauté 3 minutes
  6. Add bell pepper, sauté for a couple more minutes.
  7. Put chicken hearts in the vegetable mixture, fry them 3 minutes.
  8. Add teriyaki sauce and simmer hearts under the lid 15 minutes.
