- Prepare the ingredients: rinse the chicken hearts, peel and chop the onion, finely grate the carrots, peel and chop the garlic, rinse and chop the parsley.
- Heat the skillet over high heat and melt the creamy butter.
- Add chopped garlic and chopped parsley to the pan. So the aroma of garlic and parsley will open better, and the oil will convey these tastes to other ingredients.
- Add paprika to the pan, lightly fry.
- Add finely grated carrots and chopped onions to the pan. Sauté 3 minutes
- Add bell pepper, sauté for a couple more minutes.
