- 3 medium plum tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. parsley
- 2 medium stalks of celery, plus an additional 1 stalk for decoration
- 3 middle leaf kale with stems
- 1/2 large juicy lemon, cut the peel
- 60 ml. pepper vodka
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
