Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Turn on the 6-liter slow cooker, set the frying mode when strong heat and wait until the multicooker warms up, 3-4 minutes. Add 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter and melt him, then add the onions and fry, stirring often, until he becomes soft and translucent, 4-5 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry, stirring frequently until they soften and release most of liquids, 5-6 minutes. Add 2 tsp. salt and 0.5 tsp black pepper. Add the broth and green beans and mix. Turn off slow cooker.
  3. Following the manufacturer’s instructions, close the lid and prepare slow cooker to work. Set the pressure cooker mode and cook when low pressure 3 minutes. After completing the pressure cooker cycle follow the manufacturer’s quick release instructions, and wait for the quick reset cycle to complete. Caution not to burn yourself with the remaining steam, unlock and open the lid.
  4. Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix the parmesan and fried onion. Cover the pan with a silicone mat. Lay out 6 equal portions of a mixture of cheese and onions with a volume of 1/4-tbsp. with a slide. Press each heap a little with a measuring glass.
