Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 chopped small green bell pepper
  • 1/2 chopped rings of a small red onion head
  • 1/3 Art. olives in brine (rinse)
  • 1/4 chopped seedless cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. cherry tomatoes or plum-shaped tomatoes halves
  • 2 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tsp lemon juice or to taste
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 thick slices of feta cheese (approximately 225 g.)
