Time: 15 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 4 servings as a snack in recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 chopped small green bell pepper
- 1/2 chopped rings of a small red onion head
- 1/3 Art. olives in brine (rinse)
- 1/4 chopped seedless cucumber
- 1 tbsp. cherry tomatoes or plum-shaped tomatoes halves
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tsp lemon juice or to taste
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 4 thick slices of feta cheese (approximately 225 g.)
