Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. crumbled feta cheese
  • 24 halved grape tomatoes
  • 16 pitted olives

  • 1 sliced cucumber
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh mint
