Complexity: easy Servings: 4 – 6 Recipes use volumetric containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (Art.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 large pickled beetroot, sliced
  • 4 large carrots
  • 2 apples, peeled, cored
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • Juice 1 Orange
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil and some salt and pepper.
  2. Grate carrots with large holes, and then apples. Mix grated carrots, apple and pickled beets with dressing with citrus and serve salad.
