Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 large pickled beetroot, sliced
- 4 large carrots
- 2 apples, peeled, cored
- Juice 1 Lemon
- Juice 1 Orange
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, orange juice, olive oil and some salt and pepper.
- Grate carrots with large holes, and then apples. Mix grated carrots, apple and pickled beets with dressing with citrus and serve salad.
