a couple of tablespoons of vodka,
a bunch of green onions,
1.5 tablespoons of ghee (you can just olive),

We clean the liver of all ducts and cut into small pieces. Onion finely chopped, and green onion cut into diagonals. Bulgarian pepper and chili pepper are cleaned from seeds and thinly cut into half rings
