- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 220 gr softened butter
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 0.5 tbsp. white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. dark chocolate granules
- 1 tbsp. coarsely chopped pecans
- Special equipment: 6 (7.5 cm.) Round shapes

Banana Cheese Ice Cream:
Put the banana slices in a bag and freeze overnight.
- In the bowl of the food processor, put bananas, mascarpone, sugar powder, vanilla seeds and pour lemon juice. Click on a few seconds and then beat until smooth for 20 to 30 seconds. Lay the round shapes on a baking sheet for baking, and evenly fill with cheese mixture. Freeze at least 1 hour until the ice cream hardens.
- Remove the ice cream from the molds and place between the two halves chocolate chip cookies.
