Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the waffle iron. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt. In a bowl medium sized eggs, add brown sugar and beat to make the mixture airy. Add pumpkin, milk, molasses and melted butter. Mix dry and liquid ingredients just before dough. Do not mix too long. Lubricate the waffle iron with a little melted butter and fry 4 waffles, 4×4 squares. Serve with additives by choice.
