Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 peeled and bone and sliced into thin slices ripe mangoes
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 piece of thin sliced fresh ginger 5 long cm.
- 1/4 Art. fresh mint leaves (tamp)
- Ginger or vanilla ice cream or vanilla yogurt for filing

Recipe preparation:
- In a saucepan, bring to a boil water with sugar and cook until sugar will not dissolve, stirring occasionally. Add ginger and cook a minute. Remove from heat, add mint and leave for 5 minutes. Put the mango in a bowl, strain the syrup on the mango, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve with ice cream or with vanilla yogurt.
