Connect 3 tbsp. l red wine vinegar, 4 chopped anchovies and 1 grated garlic clove in a large bowl. Whisk 1/3 tbsp. olive oils; season with salt and pepper. Add 1 pre finely chopped, a small bunch of escariol salad, 2 tbsp. mixed green salad and 1 tbsp. fresh parsley; mix. Sprinkle salad from above croutons.
