  1. Wash and clean vegetables. Cut carrots and radishes into thin straws, and better use a special grater for Korean carrots. Cut the onion into half rings.
  2. Boil the mushrooms, then fry in a pan so that the whole moisture evaporated.
  3. We prepare the funchoza according to the instructions on the packaging. We wash in cold water and cut not too finely.
  4. For dressing, mix soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar. Add chopped garlic, cilantro and chili pepper.
  5. In a saucepan we mix mushrooms, funchose and vegetables. Refuel the resulting sauce, mix gently. We ship to the refrigerator for about 60 minutes so that the fungoza absorbs the spices and juice of vegetables.
