- Wash and clean vegetables. Cut carrots and radishes into thin straws, and better use a special grater for Korean carrots. Cut the onion into half rings.
- Boil the mushrooms, then fry in a pan so that the whole moisture evaporated.
- We prepare the funchoza according to the instructions on the packaging. We wash in cold water and cut not too finely.
