  • 1 egg yolk, beaten with 1 tsp. water

Recipe preparation:

  1. Filling: Wash and dry the berries. Half Mash blueberries in a small bowl. In a medium-sized bowl mix sugar, salt and tapioca starch. Add mashed blueberries, orange juice and orange zest and mix. If nessesary, cut off the excess. Pierce the bottom and sides of the sand base with a fork. Roll out the second piece of dough and cut it into strips 2.8 cm wide and at least 25 cm long. Use a ruler 2.8 cm wide: attach the ruler to the dough, aligning one edge and, turning it around you, make cuts on the test with the edge rulers. Get the frozen pie filling from the freezer and put on the prepared dough into the mold. Lightly grease the edges. egg yolk. Put 4 strips of dough on the surface of the filling along, leaving an equal distance between them. Fold two strips (for example, second and fourth) and put another strip in the middle of the cake, perpendicular to the laid strips. Return bent strips in the previous position.
