Thanks to the pressure cooker, the whole taste of Italian fritata can be quickly put in a snack of a convenient size. The dish is great in as a healthy and nutritious breakfast. Difficulty: easy Servings: 7 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 slices of bacon, cut into slices of 0.6 cm.
- 1 tbsp. mushrooms, sliced 0.6 cm thick slices. (cut in half if the mushrooms are very large)
- 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
- 1/3 Art. lightly minced chopped mini spinach
- 1/4 Art. grated mature cheddar
- 5 large eggs
- 1/3 Art. fat cream
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- Special equipment: pressure cooker-multicooker with the volume of the bowl is 6 liters. or 7.5 l .; silicone mold for muffins, suitable for multicooker

Recipe preparation:
- Place the bacon in a multicooker, turn on the maximum power and cooking mode. Cook the bacon periodically stirring until golden brown and crunch (10-12 minutes). Remove from the pressure cooker and place on a paper towel.
- Put in a bowl of pressure cooker mushrooms with thyme leaves and a pinch salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms will decrease by 2 times and will not become golden brown (6-8 minutes). Remove the mushrooms from the pressure cooker bowl and arrange them into shapes for muffins. Do the same with spinach, bacon and cheese.
- Beat eggs lightly in a medium bowl with nutmeg cream walnut, 1/2 tsp salt and a little freshly ground pepper, until the ingredients mix well (do not overdo it so that no foam formed). Pour the contents of the molds with the mixture. for muffins.
