Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 450 gr diced sausages “Lukanika”
  • 4 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 crushed cloves of garlic
  • Fresh chopped oregano to taste
  • 225 gr. chopped plum tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped green onions
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a non-stick pan over moderate heat heat the olive oil, put the sausage and fry quickly to juice sank. Add chopped onions and fry until transparency. When the onions are ready, add the garlic, oregano and Tomatoes Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
