A simple dessert, the plates after which remain as much as possible clean. Apples turn out tasty on their own, but melting on top ice cream only brings the dish to perfection. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 large green apples
- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 3 tbsp. l brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- A pinch of ground cloves or 1 whole
- 470 ml. vanilla ice cream
- 1 bottle of whipped cream
- Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat a small frying pan on medium or stronger the fire. Peel the apples and cut them into 4 parts. From each of them remove the core. Slice the lobes into slices. Add to pan butter and then apples. Fry for 7-8 minutes.
- Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves and cook for another 2 minutes. Put the fried apples in dessert plates, cover with ice cream, whipped cream and garnish with grated nutmeg.
