Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/3 Art. sliced almonds
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 3/4 Art. ditalini pastes (approximately 280 gr.)
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 1/4 Art. grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 small shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh thyme
- A pinch of dried pepper flakes

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Pour almonds onto a baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 8 – 10 minutes.
