  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh thyme
  • A pinch of dried pepper flakes

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Pour almonds onto a baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally, until golden brown, 8 – 10 minutes.
  2. Boil pasta in plenty of salt water. Then discard in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  3. Place the pasta in a salad bowl and mix with olive oil, parmesan, lemon juice, shallots, thyme, 1 tsp. salt and half almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle salad the remaining almonds and pepper flakes.
