- 1 papaya or mango
- 1 tbsp. strawberries
- 2 kiwi

- 2 oranges brought

- 1 tbsp. l Grand Marnier liquor, optional
- 3-5 sprigs of fresh mint
- 1 tbsp. raspberries or blueberries

Recipe preparation:
- Peel the mango or papaya, cut into cubes and put in a bowl medium size. Peel the strawberries from the stalks and cut the berries in half or 4 parts, if large. Add to bowl with fruit. Peel and dice kiwi, add to bowl. Clean and chop bananas, add to bowl.
- Cut the top and bottom of the oranges deep enough to expose the flesh. Peel and peel an orange while holding them over the bowl. Let them fall into a bowl as they are cleansed. Hands squeeze all the juice from the remaining membrane over the fruit, then mix. Repeat with the other orange.
