- Grated zest of half a lemon
- Grated zest of half an orange
- 1 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. l freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, heat the cinnamon cream until the walls of the pan will not begin to rise bubbles. Remove from the stove; set aside for 30 minutes.
