Recipe for pancake dough in milk with butter.
For these pancakes, the dough is prepared as for American pancakes, but without the addition of baking powder or soda. Serving pancakes with Maple syrup is also characteristic of American cuisine.

Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 2 large eggs
- 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Butter, melted and chilled, plus for lubrication
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1.25 Art. premium flour
- 3 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Butter and maple syrup or jam for serving

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla. Add flour, sugar and salt; whisk until the dough is smooth.
- On a medium heat, heat a non-stick pan; lightly grease with butter. Add 1/4 tbsp. test. Rotate pan, covering the bottom with a thin layer of dough. Cook for about 1 minute. 30 sec., Until the top of the pancake grabs, and the edges are slightly browned. Gently lift and turn over with a rubber spatula. Cook for about 15 seconds to make the other side brown.
- Put on a plate and repeat with the remaining dough (not add oil to the pan). Fold the pancakes in half twice and serve with butter and syrup or jam.
