In a large bowl, mix 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp coarse salt, 2 tbsp. l white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. l walnut oil and 3 tbsp. l olive oil. Add 470 ml. cherry tomato cut in half, 3 heads of chopped endive, 4 chopped cucumber, salt, pepper and mix. Sprinkle on top toasted hazelnuts.
