  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. Cut the ginger root into small pieces (can be grated on grater).
  3. Dilute starch in 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water add soy sauce, onion and ginger, salt. Mix well.
  4. Remove the peel from the eggplant, cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
  5. Finely chop the garlic.
  6. Put eggplant in a preheated pan, fry, stirring over high heat for about 7-9 minutes.
  7. Add dressing and mix. Stew for another 3 minutes.
  8. At the end, add the garlic, mix. The dish is ready, enjoyable appetite!
