- Chop the onion finely.
- Cut the ginger root into small pieces (can be grated on grater).
- Dilute starch in 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of cold water add soy sauce, onion and ginger, salt. Mix well.
- Remove the peel from the eggplant, cut into 1-1.5 cm cubes.
