Egg-creme brulee with oatmeal

  • 3 tbsp. l rolled oatmeal flakes (not quick cooking)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Custard: over medium heat, warm the cream with sugar and, stirring occasionally, heat until sugar completely dissolved. Remove from the stove and mix the wine and lemon the juice. Allow the mixture to cool for 15 minutes.
  2. Gently pour into the molds (you can use to serving glasses for wine, champagne or any other attractive glassware since in order to cook brulee for this dessert will not need a burner). Leave to cool overnight (this custard needs both at least 8 hours to insist).
  3. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Cover the cake pan foil and sprinkle it with a cooking spray.
  4.
