Drunk Cherry Cake

Drunk Cherry CakeCake is the main decoration of the festive table, so not a single one the event is not complete without it.

Today we want to offer you a recipe for an unusual dessert for the name “Drunk Cherry”. Cooking it is not the simplest, but the result is worth it!

Ingredients

For the test you will need:

  1. eggs in the amount of 9 pieces;
  2. sugar – 180 g;
  3. cocoa powder – 3 tbsp. l .;
  4. flour – 4.5 cups.
  5. For cream and toppings:
  6. butter – 300 g;
  7. condensed milk – 400g;
  8. cherry – 3 glasses;
  9. vodka (or cognac) – half a glass.

Cooking

The day before baking a biscuit, you need to put it to insist cherries. To do this, separate the cherries from the seeds, transfer to a bowl and fall asleep 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, then pour vodka. A bowl cover with a lid and leave to infuse for a day.

We proceed to the preparation of biscuit dough. Proteins should be very gently separate from the yolks. You have to be careful and watch so that the yolk does not fall into a bowl of squirrels. Beat egg whites mixer at high speed, while gradually adding 90 g of sugar. Then in another dish do the same with the yolks and with the remaining sugar, add half the whipped proteins and slowly mix everything. In the next step, add cocoa powder, flour and the rest of the whipped proteins, again everything is thorough stir.

We spread the dough in a previously prepared and greased vegetable oil form. Bake at 180 degrees C within 1 hour. Check the readiness of the biscuit cake with a thin wooden stick.

We leave the finished biscuit for 4-6 hours. After this filter cherries and proceed to the preparation of the cream: beat butter with condensed milk. Cream obtained can also be used to make a cake “Napoleon”. Cream mix with cherries.

With a biscuit with a thin knife, carefully cut the “cover” with a width of 1.5 see. Choose all the flesh. As a result, we got a bowl of sponge cake. We spread the cream with cherry into it, connect with the top cover and put in the refrigerator. After the biscuit will cool, cover it with chocolate icing. Here is the cake ready! Enjoy your meal!
