Ingredients for the recipe:
- 12 biscuit dough donuts cut along
- 450 gr mascarpone cheese
- 3/4 Art. powdered sugar + 1 tbsp. l for coffee
- 3 tbsp. l coffee liquor
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. cold cream with a fat content of at least 33%
- 1.5 tbsp. espresso or strong coffee
- Cocoa powder for decoration

Recipe preparation:
- Mix in a large bowl of mascarpone, 1/2 cup sugar powder, coffee liquor, vanilla extract and beat with a mixer on average speed of about 1 minute until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the cream with 1/4 cup icing sugar until steady peaks appear. In three doses, enter whipped cream mixed with mascarpone cheese. Put in the refrigerator.
- Mix espresso with 1 tbsp. l icing sugar in a shallow bowl. One at a time, dip 12 halves of donuts in coffee and place in rectangular shape measuring 23×33 cm.
- Cover a row of donuts 1/3 part of whipped cream with mascarpone. Dip the remaining 12 donut halves in the coffee and spread over the cream. Spread the remaining cream on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least for 4 hours or overnight.
- Cut the tiramisu into pieces and sprinkle with cocoa powder.
