- 2 sliced bacon
- 225 gr. okra
- 1 tbsp. l wheat flour
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1.5 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp. low salt chicken stock
- Grains from 4 ears of corn (about 3 tablespoons)
- 0.5 l cherry tomato halves
- 1 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice

Recipe preparation:
- In a large skillet with non-stick coating over medium heat fry the bacon until it becomes slightly crispy, about 6 minutes. At this time, roll the turkey in a bowl with flour, thyme, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste.
