- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp fine salt
- 110 gr. butter at room temperature
- 1.5 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/4 Art. milk
Cream cheese cream
- 450 gr cream cheese
- 220 gr butter at room temperature
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:
- For the flan: Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, pour sugar and add 1/2 tbsp. water. Cook for about 10 minutes, without stirring, until sugar is not caramelized and does not acquire an amber color. Pour out caramelized sugar in a baking dish measuring 25×20 cm or 25 cm in diameter and let it cool.
- In a blender, mix eggs, cream cheese, condensed milk and condensed milk with sugar. Mix for 4 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into the mold. Put the mold inside another mold 35×28 cm. Fill the larger form with water. Bake for about 1 hour, until the mixture has hardened, it should sway evenly. When the flan is ready, take out a small shape out large and let it cool.
