- We cut off the ends of cucumbers. Tapping the cucumbers lightly handle of a heavy knife or rolling pin so that the cucumbers lightly cracked. Cut the cucumbers across into pieces of 2 cm. Add salt and leave in a colander for 10 minutes.
- We clear chili from seeds, partitions and a tail. Chili pulp cut into thin straws. Add chopped pepper to cucumbers.
