Usually cucumber is eaten in salads, but hot dishes, jams, desserts, side dishes and even compotes. Of course I am a lover of experimentation and like to try everything new, but still, like most eat in fresh or pickled form, as well as an ingredient in a salad. I present to your attention very unusual cucumber salad with ginger and garlic. He by taste and appearance reminiscent of oriental cuisine salad, perfectly diversifies the list of dishes from this beautiful vegetable. For a salad take long varieties of cucumbers.

- Wash the cucumbers and wipe dry.
- Using a regular peeler, make ribbons of cucumbers, as shown in the video.
- Peel the ginger and garlic. For salad dressing grate on shallow grater in a gravy boat ginger and garlic.
