Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 peeled and seeds and diced large cucumber (about 1.5 tbsp.)
- 1 peeled and diced 1 cm. Large fruit papaya
- 6 lettuce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tsp Sahara
- 1/4 Art. rice wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. l peanut butter
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe preparation:
- Sprinkle cucumber with salt, put in a colander and leave for 20 min. to stack juice. Wash and dry. In a bowl, mix the wine vinegar, sugar, peanut butter, chili paste and ginger. Add cucumber, papaya, cilantro and mix. Lay out on serving plate or, on 4 serving plates, lay the leaves lettuce, and on top put on each about 1/2 tbsp. lettuce. Serve.
