Cucumber and papaya salad

Cucumber and Papaya Salad – A Detailed recipe cooking. Photo Cucumber and Papaya Salad Time: 35 мин. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 peeled and seeds and diced large cucumber (about 1.5 tbsp.)
  • 1 peeled and diced 1 cm. Large fruit papaya
  • 6 lettuce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp Sahara
  • 1/4 Art. rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. l peanut butter
  • 1 tsp chili paste
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion (optional)
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Sprinkle cucumber with salt, put in a colander and leave for 20 min. to stack juice. Wash and dry. In a bowl, mix the wine vinegar, sugar, peanut butter, chili paste and ginger. Add cucumber, papaya, cilantro and mix. Lay out on serving plate or, on 4 serving plates, lay the leaves lettuce, and on top put on each about 1/2 tbsp. lettuce. Serve.
