Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1.4 – 1.6 kg. boneless pork shoulder
- 1 roll for sub sandwiches 61 cm long.
- 450 gr thinly sliced honey ham
- 450 gr sliced swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp. slices of pickled cucumbers
- Mustard
- 2 heads of red onion sliced in thin half rings Luke
- 3 to 4 minced cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l coarse salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1 lime juice (2 tbsp.)
- Juice of 1 orange (2 tbsp. L.)

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine oil, salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper, red pepper, garlic, lime juice and orange juice. With a knife for fruit, make cuts in the meat and grate it well oil mixture.
