Mix chopped rhubarb 900 gr., 1/3 tbsp. sugar, 1/4 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp orange peel and 1/4 tsp salt in a baking dish or dish. Scatter crumbs on top and bake in preheated oven to 190 degrees for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 min .; serve with whipped cream.
