Italian ciabatta toasts are real cakes for lazy. You will spend no more than 15 minutes on their preparation, and the taste will be fantastic. Sugar the ciabatta slices and fry them, top with cheese ricotta and sugar cream and cover with any fruit or berries. Thanks to this decoration, these toasts look spectacular, they can be served to guests as well sweet snacks, and even cook yourself for breakfast at least every день. Time: 15 мин. - 8 slices 0.5 cm thick. Ciabatta, sliced obliquely
- 1/4 Art. olive oil
- 1/4 Art. plus 1 tbsp. l Sahara
- 2 tbsp. ricotta room temperature
- 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.5 tbsp. assorted fresh berries (strawberries, cherries, blackberries) or fruit of your choice
- Honey to sprinkle
- Sprinkled Sea Salt Flakes

Recipe preparation:
- Slices ciabatta on both sides with olive oil and sprinkle 1/4 tbsp evenly, gently rubbing Sahara.
- Heat over a large frying pan over moderate heat. Put on candied bread in a pan and toast for 2 minutes each sides to a golden color so that the sugar is caramelized. Put the bread on a wire rack and cool.
- In a medium-sized bowl with a silicone spatula, mix the ricotta, vanilla and the remaining 1 tbsp. l Sahara. Spread the mixture on toasts and spread evenly. Cover with berries, sprinkle with honey and sprinkle flakes of salt.
