Ingredients for the recipe:
- 5 tbsp. l Grand Marnier or other orange liquor
- 140 gr peeled strawberries
- 110 gr. sugar, plus 1 tsp. very fine sugar
- 3/4 Art. premium wheat flour
- Milk
- 110 gr. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. l sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 110 gr. butter plus a little more for lubrication
- A pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:
- To make pancakes, mix the eggs with flour, sugar and with salt. Add milk and whisk until mixture homogeneous. Preheat a pancake pan with a diameter of 15 cm. And put a small piece of butter to grease bottom.
- Pour some dough and fry until the bottom of the pancake is golden. Turn over and fry on the other side. Lubricate a pan before baking each pancake.
- Combine the cream cheese and sour cream until a thick paste. Spread each pancake with a small amount of this mixture and roll his tube.
- Put the finished pancakes in a greased form. Warm up liquor. Combine the sugar and butter in a pan, then add strawberries. Pour pancakes with this sauce. Add warm liquor and set on fire.
