Recipe preparation:

Cook over medium heat (or low, if you are afraid) until the cream does not thicken, mixing almost constantly, only about 10-12 min You shouldn’t get a good, lush cream, so don’t make a mistake about its liquid consistency. Remember the sink with cold water, where you can lower the pan if the cream will begin to delaminate.
  3. When the cream thickens enough, take out the vanilla pod, take the cake pan and put the cream in this one chilled tank. Allow to cool, then refrigerate until full cooling. Sprinkle demerara sugar, spoon after spoon, and set the burner to a shiny surface crust.
  4. Put the dessert in the refrigerator again if you want, but remember that before serving, you need to get it in 20 minutes. At this stage put the bowl on the table and a large spoon with unrestrained greed break the sugar carapace and get to silky vanilla cream under it. No talk, just enjoy it.
