Make a gentle creamy and at the same time tart salad seasoning boiled cauliflower with a mixture of equal proportions sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish and chives, and a small amount apple cider vinegar. - 450 gr cauliflower inflorescences (approximately 1 small head out)
- 2 tbsp. l sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l horseradish
- 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. l chopped chives
- 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 2 stalks of celery, cut into slices of 0.5 cm.

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a large pot, salt and bring to boiling. Sprinkle cauliflower and cook until soft, about 8 minutes. Fold the cabbage into a colander, then put it on a baking sheet. Blot with a kitchen towel or paper towel and leave cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, mix the sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, onions, apple cider vinegar, celery, 1.5 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper.
- Put cauliflower in a dressing, mix, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
