Taking in equal parts butter and cream cheese, you get the traditional taste of everyone’s favorite cream, which is often used for the layer of the Red Velvet cake.   • 110 gr. softened cream cheese, such as Philadelphia, Mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the butter with an electric mixer and cream cheese. With the mixer set to low speed, add 1 tbsp. icing sugar and beat until smooth and creamy consistency. Add vanilla extract.
