Recipe:
Pour 350 gr. fresh or frozen cranberries in a stewpan and set aside 1/2 tbsp. into a small bowl. Add to the stewpan 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 strip of orange peel or lemon peel and 2 tbsp. l water and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until sugar will not dissolve, and cranberries will not become soft, about 10 minutes. Increase heat to medium and cook until cranberries burst, about 12 minutes. Reduce the heat to a minimum and add deferred cranberries. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Cut in four parts an orange and an apple; remove the seeds. Large chop fruit in a food processor along with 1/2 tbsp. Sahara. Mix fruit with cranberry sauce and 1/2 tbsp. chopped toasted walnuts.
